HUMAN FACTORS

Human factors as defined by most professionals, is the study of human abilities, their inabilities, and other parameters that can be used to assist in design.  Therefore, human factors engineering applies human factors principles to the workspace in order to maintain safety, comfort and overall human use.  Human factors encompass all aspects of human existence including cognitive processes and social influences.
